ESG Report

The report describes Computershare's FY23 ESG materiality assessment, ESG strategy and governance. It reports a FY23 carbon footprint total of 110,521 t CO2, with Scope 3 representing 97.6% of the total, and sets a 17.5% Scope 3 reduction target by FY28 alongside a Net Zero goal for 2042. It also highlights Board oversight, the Supplier Code of Conduct and employee diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
