Overview

The report presents Conduent's 2021 CSR program across environmental, social and governance pillars. It reports 3,999 metric tons of Scope 1 emissions, 57,265 metric tons of Scope 2 emissions and 833 metric tons of Scope 3 emissions from business air travel, alongside 22% renewable energy and a 40-50% global Scope 2 reduction commitment by 2030. Social highlights include 36,766 e-waste items recycled, 40,468 volunteers contributing 113,678 hours, and a 73.5% Inclusion Index score. The report also introduces Conduent's first TCFD disclosures and describes ESG oversight through the board's CSR and Public Policy Committee and ESG Steering Committee.
