Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes Conduent's 2025 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports a 22% year-over-year reduction in combined Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and a SBTi-validated target to reduce combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 59% by 2034 from a 2024 baseline. The company also conducted its first enterprise-wide double materiality analysis, reviewed by the Board and adopted by its Sustainability Steering Committee. Social highlights include 90% associate participation in developmental training and 11,595 volunteer hours.
