Sustainability Report

The report presents Conduril's 2022 sustainability performance across six countries, including 2,974 employees, 486,469.6 GJ of energy, 30,370.9 Ton CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 18,108.4 Ton of waste. It reports a double materiality assessment and a governance structure in which the Board of Directors oversees sustainability impacts, supported by executive and sustainability committees. Key social initiatives included 34,434 training hours, 29 higher-education scholarships and local community programmes. The report also sets 2030 goals to reduce GHG emissions by 50% versus 2015 and increase renewable energy use to 40%.
