Overview

The report presents 2022 as the first year of CBG's sustainable-banking integration, following Board approval of an Environmental and Social Risk Management policy in March. It reports training for 881 staff and pilot environmental and social screening of 20 corporate and institutional banking customers. Inclusive banking activity included 2,232,328 Vodafone Ready Loans disbursed since inception and more than 204,817 mobile banking accounts. CSR is linked to SDGs 3, 4, 11 and 17.
