Annual ESG Report

The report presents Constellation's first company-wide ESG disclosure for the 2021 calendar year, covering January 1 through December 31 and prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option. It reports 2021 Scope 1 gross emissions of 8,779.0 tCO2e and Scope 3 gross emissions of 231,835.1 tCO2e, with Scope 3 emissions up 29.5% year over year. The workforce section reports 1,647 direct employees and highlights diversity initiatives. Health and safety disclosures state that there were no fatal accidents on record for the last three years, while the company also joined the UN Global Compact and established a six-theme materiality matrix.
