Overview

The report describes the Group's 2021 sustainability focus as understanding impacts from both its operations and its products and services. It introduced an environmental, socioeconomic and management-impact framework into credit-risk assessment, approved green-office principles, and financed renewable-energy projects reaching 78 MW. The report also states that the head-office carbon footprint was 382 t CO2eq and that employee environmental-awareness training was conducted.
