The report covers Coromandel's 2017-18 operations and describes a workforce of 4,472 permanent personnel plus around 6,754 off-roll/contract employees. Environmental actions include unit-level reductions in specific water, power and steam consumption, recycling initiatives and zero-process-effluent discharge at fertilizer and SSP units. Community programs supported 1,468 rural girl children and provided medical-centre services to around 78,947 patients.
