Overview

The report describes Coromandel International’s 2018-19 business responsibility performance across ethics, employee wellbeing, environmental management and inclusive growth. It reports 4,768 permanent employees alongside around 6,900 off-roll/contract employees, and describes broad training, safety and employee-engagement initiatives. Environmental highlights include converting around 4618 MT of municipal waste into organic manure through bio-mining and continued resource-recycling measures.
