Sustainability Statement

The report presents CPI Property Group's first substantially enhanced ESRS and CSRD sustainability disclosures for 2024. It reports SBTi-validated climate targets, including a 32.4% reduction in GHG intensity across Scopes 1-3 by 2030, alongside detailed groupwide energy, emissions, water and waste data. The statement also reports 2,536 employees, a 45.7% waste recycling rate and expanded hazardous-waste data collection.
