The report presents CRH's SBTi-validated target to reduce group-wide gross carbon emissions by 30% by 2030 from a 2021 baseline, covering Scope 1, 2 and 3. It reports 2022 emissions of 31.2m Scope 1, 2.4m Scope 2 and 12.9m Scope 3 tonnes, alongside five work-related fatalities involving one employee and four contractors.
