Overview

The report covers Crystal's 2018 sustainability performance across all 20 factories in five countries after expanding the reporting boundary from five factories. It highlights women empowerment through the CARE and P.A.C.E. programmes, including a commitment to empower 40,000 female workers by 2022. Environmental disclosures report 53,471 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 104,728 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 26.1% renewable energy and 34.7 kilotonnes of calculated waste generated.
