Annual Report

The report says CVR Energy generated $69.4 million in net income on $3,136.3 million in net sales in 2009. It highlights completion of an approximately $527 million long-term investment plan to upgrade and expand its Coffeyville refinery and nitrogen fertilizer plant. The fertilizer operation produced 435,200 gross tons of ammonia and 677,700 tons of UAN. The report also notes that refinery employees reached two years without a lost-time accident.
