The report describes Opal HealthCare's 2022 social-impact work across its workforce, communities and environmental operations. It highlights 10,359 team members and reports the company's first Social Impact Survey, also identified as a materiality assessment. The company set Social Impact Goals for 2023-2025, which the report says were approved by the Opal Board. It also reports a 4-star GRESB rating, a score of 88 out of 100, and a first-place Oceania ranking in Social Infrastructure: Health and Social Care Services.
