Annual Report

The report highlights Daikin’s fiscal 2016 CSR priorities of Environment, New Value Creation, Customer Satisfaction, and Human Resources. It reports that more than 6.5 million R-32 air-conditioning units were in use in 48 countries, and that its initiatives contributed to a 35 million-ton emissions reduction; it also describes a goal to contribute 60 million tons of greenhouse-gas reductions by fiscal 2021. The report also covers forest and biodiversity protection activities in seven locations.
