Overview

The report presents DAMAC's 2024 sustainability performance across its real estate group and DAMAC Digital vertical. It reports 1,242 tCO2e Scope 1 emissions and 115,715 tCO2e Scope 2 emissions, alongside 317.4 million gallons of water consumption and approximately 413,281 m3 of waste generation. The workforce reached 3,108 employees, with 2,822 employees receiving in-person training and 68.1 million safe man-hours recorded. Governance disclosures include GRI in accordance, a completed materiality assessment and restated 2023 economic comparatives.
