Annual Report

The report describes a transformational 2021, including Danfoss's acquisition of Eaton's hydraulics business and record sales of EUR 7,539m. It sets out an ambition to reduce combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions by at least 46% and total Scope 3 emissions by at least 15% by 2030, compared with a 2019 baseline; the targets had been submitted to the SBTi for validation. The report also highlights progress in energy efficiency and the company's broader decarbonization, circularity, and diversity and inclusion ambitions.
