Consolidated Sustainability Report

The report presents Datalogic's first consolidated sustainability reporting under ESRS, covering 2024. It reports total energy consumption of 28,984.4 MWh, renewable energy representing 5.0%, and gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. The report also discloses 89.0% taxonomy-aligned revenue and 72.7% aligned CapEx. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board of Directors, supported by a dedicated committee, and the report records approval of a double materiality assessment.
