Overview

The report presents DBS's 2015 performance through an integrated reporting model, combining financial results, material matters, stakeholder engagement and resource management. It reports 22,017 employees, 129,000 training days and 6.4 average days of training per permanent employee. The Society and environment section covers responsible financing, social-enterprise support, sustainable sourcing and environmental initiatives. The report includes a GRI G4 content index and states that it was not externally assured.
