Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes DBS' Board-led sustainability governance and focus on four SDGs: 7, 8, 12 and 13. It highlights RE100 membership and a target to power 100% of Singapore operations with renewable energy by 2030. For 2017, it reports 41,189 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 151,918 m3 of water consumption and 486 tonnes of recyclable waste. The workforce totalled 24,174, with 55% female, while employee volunteerism exceeded 53,000 hours.
