Overview

The report describes DBS's 2023 sustainability strategy across responsible banking, responsible business practices and impact beyond banking. Sustainable financing commitments reached around SGD 70 billion, while operational energy consumption was 121,357 MWh and carbon emissions were 53,446 tCO2e. The workforce totaled 40,770 employees and women represented 20% of the Board. Community engagement exceeded 200,000 volunteering hours and reached more than 150,000 beneficiaries.
