The report records revenue of £528.3m and operating profit before exceptional items of £63.1m, alongside progress on the Improvement Plan, which contributed approximately £8m to operating profit. It also reports a 3.9 per cent reduction in overall greenhouse gas emissions, primarily through energy-saving initiatives and building investment.
