Sustainability Report

The report describes Demant's double-materiality assessment and identifies diversity, equity and inclusion and climate impact as key priorities. It reports Group energy consumption of 99,622 MWh and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 10,851, 20,498 and 643,453 tonnes CO2e, respectively. Demant submitted its emissions targets to the Science Based Targets initiative in 2022, while targeting a 50% reduction in all scopes by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050. The report also documents Group-wide work on employee inclusion, ethics, community donations and responsible business practices.
