Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes DEME's 2018 sustainability strategy across climate, natural capital, innovation, resource management, safety, diversity, ethics and communities. It reports 5,058 employees and total worldwide GHG emissions of 687,086 ton CO2 eq. DEME planned a 40% GHG reduction from 2008 by 2030 and aimed to become climate neutral by 2050. The report also describes a governance model in which the Executive Committee reviews and approves sustainability action programmes and targets.
