CSR Report

The report describes the company's FY2019 approach to CSR materiality, identifying priority issues based on stakeholder and company importance. It reports that all items in the Environmental Action Plan met their targets, including reductions in greenhouse-gas, waste, and water-use intensity. The company also introduced remote-work and flexible-hours schemes and continued health and productivity initiatives. CSR oversight for the whole group was assigned to the Corporate Planning Division from April 2020.
