Annual Report

The report describes a record 736,208 passports issued, the launch of the Digital Inclusion Blueprint to improve access to the online world, and initiatives to embed mental health and wellbeing across the workforce. It also highlights diversity and inclusion activity, including unconscious-bias training, employee networks and a 2% reduction in the gender pay gap.
