Impact Report

The report presents 2024 as Despegar’s 25th anniversary year and a period of continued regional growth, innovation, and sustainability activity. It highlights the selection of 29 participants from 5,100 applications for the High-Flying Young Talent program, with the participants joining the company’s IT team. Environmentally, the report describes the migration to AWS and reports a 96.6% reduction in the related carbon footprint compared with 2023. It also reports more than 3,000 trees planted through the Despegar Forest between 2021 and 2024.
