Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents Deutsche Post DHL's Group-wide Corporate Responsibility strategy, centered on the GoGreen, GoHelp and GoTeach programs. Its climate program committed to a 30 % improvement in CO2 efficiency by 2020 versus 2007, while 2009 emissions were reported at 5.6 million tonnes for Scopes 1 and 2 and 18.5 million tonnes for Scope 3. The Group reported 477,280 employees at year-end and described extensive health, diversity, training, disaster-response and education initiatives.
