Overview

The report presents Deutsche Post DHL's 2011 responsibility performance across the consolidated Group, whose year-end workforce reached 471,654 employees and revenue €52,829 million. It reports 5.3 million tonnes of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 22.9 million tonnes of Scope 3 emissions, while describing progress toward the Group's carbon-efficiency goal. Social engagement included the first Global Volunteer Day, involving some 60,000 employees in more than 120 countries across more than 600 projects.
