Overview

The report describes Deutsche Post DHL Group's 2017 workforce of approximately 520,000 employees and nearly 400,000 hours contributed to social and environmental projects, including planting more than one million trees. It reports 28.44 million tonnes CO2e of greenhouse gas emissions, a 32% improvement in carbon efficiency against 2007, and a target to reduce logistics-related emissions to net zero by 2050. The report also records three fatal workplace accidents and reproduces PwC's limited assurance report on selected disclosures.
