The report focuses on four central sustainability challenges, while documenting major workforce restructuring and Group-wide HR development. It reports 249,991 employees as of June 30, 2006 and describes a goal to halve power-related CO2 emissions in Germany by 2010 against 1995. It also expands disclosure of Group energy, emissions, water and waste data.
