Overview

The report presents Deutsche Telekom's Group-wide corporate responsibility performance for calendar 2012 across international subsidiaries and economic, environmental and social topics. It reports total energy consumption of 8.4 Mil. MWh and Group emissions of 3,647,359 tons of CO2, alongside a Germany-specific 30 percent emissions-reduction goal for 2020. The year-end workforce total was 229,686 employees (FTE), while extensive sections address diversity, health, responsible procurement and community engagement. Selected disclosures were independently assured by PwC under moderate assurance.
