Overview

The report presents Deutsche Wohnen SE's 2017 sustainability performance under the GRI Standards Core option and covers the Group's portfolio, employees, climate, resources and social engagement. It reports 1,111 employees and portfolio energy consumption of 1,232,737 MWh, while Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are reported separately for the portfolio and administrative locations. The company set a target to save 20,000 t CO2 emissions annually from 2022 onwards and reported approximately 90% renewable communal electricity for its residential and commercial units.
