Sustainable Development Report

The report is Develia Group's first sustainability report and describes its responsible management, environmental, and social activities for 2021. The company reports only partial greenhouse gas data because it had not adopted a consistent emissions-calculation methodology; its direct-emissions figure covers Arkady Wrocławskie only. The report also describes measures such as energy-efficient building design and BREEAM-certified stages of the Aleje Praskie project.
