Integrated Annual Report

The report presents the company's 2024/25 financial and development performance, including R91.3 billion in total infrastructure development support, R5.3 billion in net profit and 631 permanent employees and long-term contractors. It explicitly adopts double materiality across its reporting suite and describes strengthened ESG oversight through the Sustainability and Ethics Committee. The report also highlights the DBSA's climate-finance, renewable-energy, water and Just Transition activities across South Africa and the wider African continent.
