Annual Financial Report

The report presents Dexelance's second consolidated sustainability statement under the CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment and Group-level sustainability governance. For 2025, total energy consumption was reported at 15,007.23 MWh, while gross GHG disclosures covered Scopes 1, 2 and 3 and the Group purchased and retired carbon credits. The Group's year-end workforce was 976 employees, following the acquisition of Mohd and its addition to the consolidated scope. EY provided limited assurance over the consolidated sustainability report.
