Annual Report

The report records Group income of LKR 20,093,711 thousand and profit for the year of LKR 4,438,612 thousand for 2014/15, the Bank’s 60th anniversary year. It highlights SME and renewable-energy lending, including financing approved for Sri Lanka’s first grid-connected solar PV independent power producer. For the DBB reporting boundary, reported GHG emissions were 2,475 tonnes CO2e across Scopes 1-3, while emissions intensity fell to 237 kgCO2e per LKR million of total operating income.
