Annual Report

The report describes DFDS's 2023 strategy update, network expansion, and progress toward its green transition, including deployment of 90 e-trucks and performance ahead of short-term green targets. It reports a preliminary double materiality assessment, Board-anchored ESG governance, and application of TCFD, SASB, UN Global Compact, CDP, and EU Taxonomy frameworks. Total CO2e emissions decreased 5% to 3,633,000 tonnes, while women represented 23% of the total workforce and 33% of AGM-elected Board members.
