Annual Financial Report

The report presents Diasorin's first consolidated sustainability statement prepared under CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment covering the Group and value chain. For 2024, it reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 3,513 tCO2eq, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 13,546 tCO2eq, and Scope 3 emissions of 226,256 tCO2eq. The Group reports 3,271 employees, including 1,430 women, and discloses 0 work-related fatalities. The sustainability statement received limited assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.
