Annual Report

The report describes Diatreme's successful 2024 takeover of Metallica Minerals and the resulting consolidation of its silica sand portfolio. It reports total silica sand resources of 463.66 Mt at 31 December 2024, including a maiden 49.5 Mt measured resource for the Si2 project. The ESG section states that the Board oversees ESG strategy and describes ongoing environmental, cultural heritage and community engagement work. It also presents a developing Sustainability Strategy Roadmap intended to align with the UN Global Compact.
