Overview

The report is DICK'S Sporting Goods' first CSR disclosure for fiscal 2018, organized around four Purpose Playbook areas. It reports 40,633 teammates, 508,559 metric tons of CO2e including Scope 1, Scope 2 and logistics-related Scope 3 emissions, and 51,368 tons of total waste with a 70% diversion rate. It also documents responsible sourcing, product safety, youth-sports philanthropy and workplace programs.
