Overview

The report describes a challenging 2012/13, with Group turnover falling 30% to Rs. 27.7 bn while the company continued investing in its workforce and business capabilities. Year-end workforce strength rose to 1,521 employees, supported by training and employee engagement initiatives. Environmental disclosures include direct GHG emissions of 2,914 tCO2e and total water usage of 101,984 M3. Sustainability reporting was independently assured by Det Norske Veritas AS against GRI G3.1 and AA1000AS 2008.
