Sustainability Statement

The report describes D'leteren Group's 2025-2028 ESG roadmap and its sustainability disclosures under ESRS. It reports that the Corporate entity reached its 30% direct-emissions reduction target ahead of the 2027 deadline, against a 2021 baseline, and that four of six businesses had obtained validation of science-based targets in 2025. The report also provides consolidated 2025 emissions, energy, waste and workforce data, including 6,251,071 tCO2e of gross Scope 3 emissions.
