Annual Report

The report presents Digia's 2021 focus on responsible digitalisation, employee diversity, and ethical operating culture. It reports that the company has been carbon neutral in its own operations since 2020 and targets carbon neutrality across its value chain by 2030, alongside a 75 per cent emissions reduction from a 2019 baseline. The reported carbon footprint was 386 tonnes CO2e for own operations and around 1,210 tonnes CO2e across Scopes 2 and 3. It also highlights a year-end workforce of 1,339 employees and board gender diversity of 33% women.
