Overview

The report presents Diodes' 2020 sustainability activities across environmental, supply-chain, social responsibility, people and governance themes. It reports that 23.47% of energy consumed by its manufacturing sites came from renewable sources in 2020 and that zero work-related fatalities were recorded in each of 2018-2020. Sustainability governance combines Board oversight with a cross-functional Sustainability Steering Committee.
