Consolidated Non-Financial and Sustainability Statement

The report covers Dia Group's 2024 sustainability performance under ESRS/CSRD, including double materiality, climate metrics, workforce data and assurance. It reports 1,055,207 MWh of energy consumption, 22.29% renewable energy and gross 2024 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 235,880.47 tCO2e, 198,060.66 tCO2e and 484,247 tCO2e respectively. The Group had 16,896 employees at year-end and reported a 25% share of women on its eight-member Board, calculated from two women and six men. The statement includes a 43% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 and was subject to limited independent assurance by Ernst&Young S.L.
