Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes DNO's 2010 corporate-responsibility programme, including a plan governed by the Managing Director whose action points were verified by a third party. It reports rolling out a business ethics and anti-corruption programme to employees at headquarters and in business units, alongside community projects in Mozambique, Kurdistan and Yemen. The workforce reached 565 at year-end, and the company recorded 26 environmental incidents, none serious by volume or toxicity.
