Sustainability and Social Impact Report

The report introduces Dollar Tree's Rooted in Progress enterprise-wide sustainability and social impact strategy. It refreshes climate goals, including a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions by FY2032 and an ambition to achieve net zero by 2050. The report also provides its first detailed 2023 market-based GHG inventory, including a Scope 3 total of 24,834,046 t CO2e. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the board-level Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
