Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report places full responsibility for ESG matters with the Board and describes a materiality assessment and ESG working group. It reports Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 127,601.01 tonnes of CO2e within its environmental-data scope, alongside detailed energy, water and waste KPIs. The Group reported 4,271 employees and zero work-related fatalities in 2023, and stated that it had no corruption, bribery, extortion, fraud or money-laundering cases.
