The report describes doValue's first three-year Sustainability Plan for 2021-2023 and the integration of ESG issues into Group governance. It reports 3,153 employees at year-end and continued investment in people, including nearly 70,000 training hours. Environmental disclosures include 34,997 GJ of total energy consumption, 86% renewable energy and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reported under both location-based and market-based methods. The report also presents a materiality assessment, GRI reporting in accordance with the Core option and a dedicated EU Taxonomy disclosure.
